1. Purpose
These conditions govern the contracting of wine education programs, technical visits, workshops and tastings in Argentina and/or abroad, offered by Kala Parra Wine Tours.
The specific details of each service (itinerary, duration, inclusions, exclusions and price) will be communicated in the proposal and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment Process
Deposit to confirm booking: 30% of the total service value.
Second payment: 30% up to 60 calendar days before the service start.
Balance payment up to 30 calendar days before the service start.
Bookings made with less than 30 days must be paid in full at confirmation.
Prices are final and include taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer and/or certified payment platforms.
4. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client:
Up to 60 days before start: 100% refund of amount paid, less 5% administrative costs.
Between 60 and 30 days before: 50% retention of total service value.
Less than 30 days: 100% retention of total service value.
Rationale: the progressive scale reflects commitments made to providers (wineries, transport, accommodation, professional fees).
In case of cancellation by the Provider for reasons not attributable to the client, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or an equivalent alternative offered.
5. Modifications
The Provider may modify itineraries for operational, weather, safety or force majeure reasons, always guaranteeing the technical and qualitative equivalence of the contracted service. If a modification implies a substantial alteration of the program, the client may choose to accept the change or request a proportional refund.
6. Liability
Kala Parra Wine Tours acts as organizer and/or intermediary for services provided by third parties (wineries, transport companies, hotels, local guides). It shall not be liable for events attributable exclusively to third parties, acts of God, force majeure or client non-compliance. Travel assistance insurance is recommended for programs involving extended transfers or international travel.
7. Client Obligations
Inform in advance of any dietary restrictions, medical conditions or relevant physical limitations.
Have valid personal documentation for travel.
Respect schedules, safety regulations, participation guidelines and internal regulations of visited establishments.
8. Right of Admission
Kala Parra Wine Tours reserves the right of admission and permanence in its programs for objective and justified reasons related to safety, the traveler's suitability for the contracted itinerary and the proper development of the experience and the group.
If during the trip a serious breach of coexistence rules or participation guidelines affecting the group or program is observed, the company may arrange the participant's exclusion, without assuming responsibility for any costs or consequences this may generate.
9. Claims
Any claim must be made in writing to info@kalaparrawinetours.com within 10 days following the conclusion of the service.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for managing the contracted service and will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or operationally necessary for the trip.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the consumer's inalienable rights.
